BMW M 440i xDrive

It’s time for a BMW post again. This time it’s the all new 4 series that we would be looking into. The extended ‘kidney grille’ was no joke when they first teased the new generation 4 series via sketches. It makes the entire car look way more self assertive than its predecessor line up.

The M440i xDrive is the flagship car in the 4 series lineup (the top variant with the M badge). It’s not just the grille that has changed with respect to dimensions, the new 4 series is altogether a bigger car than its predecessor.

This M badged 4 series is powered by a twin power turbo 6-cylinder petrol engine and does the 0 to 60 mph feat in 4.3 seconds. There’s also a 48 V battery that partially aids the vehicle, however it doesn’t function like a complete hybrid that could run entirely on electric power. Every variant of the 2021 4 series is mated to an 8 speed automatic transmission.

The exterior aesthetics of the car is quite appealing to me. Interior is standard BMW stuff. Also this time you would be finally able to connect your android device with BMW via Android Auto. Earlier that privilege was exclusive to iOS users via Apple Carplay. BMW seemed to have listened to their Android customers’ plea at last. The car would soon roll out on road later this year.

Would you go for the M440i xDrive Coupé if you had a 60k USD with you? Drop a comment below.
